Anyone aged 12 and older in the Rockdale County School district can receive a free COVID-19 vaccine at a vaccination event this month at Rockdale Career Academy.
The district is partnering with Kids’-Doc-On-Wheels, Inc, a nonprofit that provides pediatric healthcare to school communities, to provide the vaccines on July 10 and 31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to the school district’s website.
This summer, the district is providing free COVID-19 tests and in June, they held a vaccination clinic with the meningitis, Tdap and COVID-19 vaccines.
