Students will ask questions of top candidates vying to be the next mayor of Atlanta

On October 11 at 6 pm, a panel of students from Atlanta Public Schools will ask the top Mayoral Candidates for the City of Atlanta Alonzo A. Crim Center for Learning and Leadership (CLL)

The invitation to attend comes to candidates who to date have raised at least $200,000. As of print, the confirmed candidates for the event are: Atlanta City Council Member Antonio Brown, Atlanta City Council Member Andre Dickens, Former Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed along with other candidates invited to participate to include: Ms. Sharon Gay and Atlanta City Council President Felicia Moore

The six-student panel will ask questions that were generated by their peers, covering topics related to education in the city.

What:                        APS will host a Mayoral Forum, featuring a panel of six students posing questions to the top candidates in the race for mayor of Atlanta.
